All our cushions, both Outdoor and Alfresco made in house. We have been using Austex Recacril and Decorline fabrics which are all UV, Mould, and Mildew resistant, with a 5-year warranty for about 20 years. We now also have access to Austex FUSION fabrics which are mould and mildew resistant but also waterproof but need to out of direct sunlight.We also offer to make cushions in your choice of fabrics from Fab Outdoor Fabrics, who have a huge range of fabrics in every colour and pattern you could wish for. These vary in price according to the
prices of the fabric chosen. All cushions and sunlounge/daybed mattresses are made in house as except for our standard chair they are all custom sizes. All our cushions are fitted with zips and ties where needed. You may be able to source cushions and seat pads for our standard chairs from places such as Harvey Norman, Spotlight or Clark Rubber. All cushions other than standard dining need to be individually quoted.
Our full cushions for our dining chair range of chairs at 40mm thick are $160 each while our seat pads are $80 each. Decorline and Recacril from Austex come in a range of colours and some stripes, weaves, and patterns. https://austexfabrics.com.au/range/recacril-awning-fabric/Recacril – a solution dyed acrylic fabric which is UV, Mould Mildew, and water resistant and classed as a marine grade canvas or awning fabrics. It feels like a cotton canvas to touch. https://austexfabrics.com.au/range/recacril-awning-fabric/Decorline – the same solution dyed acrylic but with a slightly looser weave and lighter weight. This is easier to wash as it is lighter weight. Not water resistant. Fusion is made from two layers of fabric bonded onto a waterproof film – there are different base fabrics and a huge range of patterns that can be printed onto the fabric o your choice.
